Cleaning is done every Tuesday.
If there are issues with the machines, please contact the janitor to have a look and he will get hold of Nortec if necessary.
- Use of the laundry room is only allowed for residents of the building.
- It is forbidden to pour bleach or colored fluids into the washing machines. The user will be liable for any machine defects caused by these.
- Always remember to empty pockets before using the machines.
- Please clean up after use of the machines. Show consideration for the next user. A nice laundromat is pleasing to all residents.
- The laundry room is not a place to stay or play. It is not allowed to bring food or beverages.
- Smoking is not allowed in the laundry room.
- Empty the machine immediately after it has finished washing or drying.
- Remember to clean the lint strainer / dust filter of the dryers.
- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the laundry room unless they are accompanied by an adult.
- It is not allowed to bring dogs into the laundry room.
The laundry room is opened daily from 7:00 to 23:00. The last wash must be started by 22:00 at the latest.
The price for one wash is 25 kr.
The price for drying is 45 øre/minute.

Nortec requires a fee from users of 45,- kr. incl. VAT per washing token when ordering. When moving out of the estate, Nortec will not refund either laundry cards or credit balances on the cards. You are, however, free to resell your card to the new tenant.
Delivery of new laundry cards whereby the old piece is not proven to have had a material or manufacturing defect will be charged according to existing tariffs. At the moment, this is 100,- kr incl. VAT but excluding postage fees.

When the balance in the card becomes negative, the card will be closed and will only be reopened once money has been deposited in.
It is also possible for users who wish to pay via a payment slip at the post office or the bank.

The caretaker and board has nothing to do with the ordering and payments of laundry cards. This must be done in accordance with the above instructions.
